
The next big innovation in public transportation, specifically air travel, is AirDates. Positioning itself as the Tinder
of flying, this nifty app encourages users to post their travel
itineraries ahead of time to hook up with others on the same flight.
Using geo-location, you can find each other for some good ol’ fashioned
fun before taking off, Netflix and chill mid-air to join the Mile High
Club, or just chat using Multipeer WiFi between phones. CEO Michael
Richard thinks that thousands of miles above ground is “the safest place
to have a date.” There will also be Facebook, Spotify and Pinterest
integration. Let us know if this is doomed before it even starts.
